Vietnam–Cambodia customs clearance on both sides of the border
One team for both declarations: fewer handovers, fewer errors and faster border crossings.
What we clear
| Side | Services |
|---|---|
| Vietnam | Electronic export/import declarations, HS classification, specialised inspection, C/O Form D |
| Cambodia | Import/export declarations with the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE), duty and VAT payment, agency permits |
| Transit | Transit declarations from Vietnamese ports to the border, seal control |
| SEZ | Procedures for consignees in Cambodian special economic zones |
Why clearance on both sides matters
Most border delays come from mismatches between the Vietnamese and Cambodian declarations — different HS codes, weights or descriptions. When one team prepares both, the data is consistent from the start. See the document checklist.
Duty savings with Form D
Under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), many goods traded between Vietnam and Cambodia qualify for reduced or zero duty with a valid Certificate of Origin Form D. We check eligibility and prepare the application.
