Is DDU still an official Incoterm?
No. DDU was removed in Incoterms 2010 and replaced by DAP (Delivered at Place). Many shippers still say "DDU"; in practice it means the same thing — delivery to the destination with duties paid by the buyer.
Who is the importer of record under DDP?
Under DDP the seller side takes responsibility for import clearance. We arrange the importer-of-record and customs bond setup with our US and Canadian partners so duties and taxes are paid before delivery.
How long does shipping from Vietnam to the USA take?
As a guide: air freight about 4–8 days door-to-door; ocean freight to the US West Coast around 18–25 days port-to-port, and longer to the East Coast or inland. We confirm the schedule with every quote.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA or third-party warehouses?
Yes, we can deliver to fulfillment centres and 3PL warehouses, as well as businesses and residential addresses. Tell us the delivery requirements when you request a quote.
