Importer and paperwork
- IOR named and compliant with 2026 rules — details.
- Customs bond sufficient for the expected duty.
- ISF data available 24 hours before loading.
Freight and delivery
- Mode and routing agreed (port, rail, transit time).
- Delivery address type: commercial, residential, Amazon, 3PL.
- Accessorials: liftgate, appointment, inside delivery.
Commercial protection
- Validity period of the quote and freight rate.
